Description

A friend of mine set me a tiny picture of a kitten sleeping in a shoe. It was just the picture of the kitten and not really the shoe only a small part of it and even the kitten was not in great detail but lately I have been going through a stressful period and I felt like painting something similar. This was my stress release because it made me smile all through the painting. The painting is heavily textured and it is truly a kitten sleeping in a shoe. :) A horizontal painting that will look great in any medium, specially on canvas.

lol, no Sandi. iKat is HUGE.. but she used to crawl into my shoes and sleep in them but at that time I never had a camera handy...:) It is Jon Burch who sent me a tiny photo of a cat sleeping in a slipper--only half a shoe and very tiny. So I just created my own version I found that picture just too cute! :)
