Description
Two old repainted chairs at the beach watching the sunset and a sailboat go bye empty, without anyone joining the view--same old view. This is an iPad painting using stylus and the Inspire Pro app. The image actually serves as my memories of Thailand of the island Ko Samui (or Koh Samui) depending on when you looked at the map. We had our little hut right on the white sand with chairs just like this with endless horizon. Often times black storms in one spot and blazing sunshine in the other. Wild dogs would come and rest around us--they particularly liked me and one would always rest on my foot. :) I loved that. The waiters of the "hotel" would run in the water for the fresh dinner to catch the crabs and lobsters and served it right there with barbecue.
I never forget when once the coconut tree dividing our hut into two dropped a fully matured coconut on our roof. We were served that coconut the next morning; they said it belonged to us. It was a very special place. I just went back almost 30 years here. It is no longer like this at all.
Because this is an iPad painting, it has no texture. It looks best printed on metal, acrylic, or paper. Metal will bring the colors to its fullest!

Thanks Debra and Dave. I received your letter and responded. Hope you will read my response since your discovery is just as much of a surprise to you as it is to me. :) The two are completely disconnected and separate. Thanks for your visit and comment!
