I have a camellia tree in my backyard that is on a spot that it just loves. It flowers all year around no matter how hot or cold the weather gets in Southern California. But the best time for the flowers to look at their beauty is in March. This is a painting of one of my flowers that was born in March, probably less than a week ago. It is in the process of being fully opened for pollination by the busy bees.
