Bearded Iris by Angela A Stanton is a complicated mixed media painting mimicking a wood carving look. I was hoping to capture the warmth of the wood and the three dimensional (3D) elements of a wood carving, which I have done many times. The textures are quite pronounced and will be visible well as if they were really in the painting in print. Enjoy my imagination!
